"Flaxey Green For Sale" is a free notice board where would be buyers and sellers may make contact.

Adverts submitted for display on Flaxey Green must fulfill the following conditions.

1.

Items for sale must be accurately described.

2.

No racist sexist lewd or offensive words language or images may be used in submitted advertisements. In any such event the advert will be rejected.

3.

Only pictures of the actual article for sale are permitted. Stock photos will not be displayed.

4.

A contact email address or phone number must be included in all advertisements enabling prospective buyers or vendors to make direct contact.

5.

The vendor must be the legal owner of the item or have the written permission of the legal owner to sell the item.

6.

No illegal or stolen items may be advertised on this website.

7.

The vendor must inform Flaxey Green if an item has been sold in order that the advertisement may be withdrawn.

8.

Adverts shall be displayed for three months. To re-advertise, please email one week before the expiry date.

9.

Vendors and buyers are individually responsible for conducting any transactions agreements or contracts entered into both promptly and honestly.

Flaxey Green accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any advertisement/s displayed on this website.
Flaxey Green accepts no responsibility for any transaction agreement or contract that may result from any advertisement/s displayed on this website.
Flaxey Green will not enter into negotiations on behalf of buyers or sellers who have entered into any transaction agreement or contract as a result of advertisement/s dsiplayed on this website.
Flaxey Green reserves editorial rights when deciding whether an advertisement shall or shall not be displayed on this website and such decisions shall be final.
