The first one to take place is now marked on the diary for the evening of Sunday February 8th from 8.00pm. It is to take place in the lounge and as the room is fairly ‘snug’ and is to be acoustic only. If you are interested in leading or joining the session please ring Pete on (01752) 337025

Possible session
From Jeremy Tozer - Anthony, the new landlord of the Church House Inn in Stokeinteignhead is very keen to get a regular weekly session going in the Farmer’s Bar at his pub. He says that Thursdays and Saturdays are good nights for the pub for a session. He’s also very happy for anyone to just turn up and play at any time in the farmer’s bar if nothing else is on. Free pint to musicians (and possibly more if the music quality is such that it attracts and holds a crowd).
If anyone is interested in being a regular there (at least initially to get something going) do let me know personally I am keen on a session (not a ‘take it in turns’ folk club type event) happening on 2 nights a month (2nd and 4th Thursdays is my preference) with ‘planned Saturdays’ now and again - Contact Jerry-
eMail .
